Rebekah Griffith

Director

Rebekah Griffith is the director of Batt Griffith Legal, a boutique South Australian law firm she acquired in 2026, continuing the legacy of Rosey Batt & Associates which she joined more than a decade earlier.

Rebekah is a trusted and versatile practitioner; building long-standing relationships with business owners, families, and individuals across Adelaide and regional South Australia, including Kangaroo Island and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Rebekah's practice spans Commercial Law, Estate and Family Law disputes, Employment Law, Corporate Governance, Business Succession, and the sale and purchase of businesses. She appears in the Federal Courts of Australia and all South Australian courts, commissions and tribunals, including the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts, the Fair Work Commission, and the South Australian Employment Tribunal. She has a strong record of resolving disputes through mediation and other non-litigious pathways, and brings a practical, outcomes-focused approach to everything she does.

What distinguishes Rebekah is her background outside the law. Before joining the firm, she spent five years in strategic planning and business development with a not-for-profit health organisation, experience that shapes the way she thinks about her clients' businesses, not just their legal problems. Business owners consistently describe her as an advisor who understands the bigger picture: someone who can move between a commercial contract, an employment issue, a succession plan, and a family law matter, and give practical advice on all of them.

As Director of Batt Griffith Legal, Rebekah is focused on deepening the firm's relationships with South Australian businesses and families, expanding its reach across regional SA, and building a firm where talented lawyers can build meaningful careers.

Her approach has always been the same: plain-English advice, genuine care, and a commitment to outcomes that actually make a difference to the people she works with.
