We are honoured to carry that legacy forward.

Rosey Batt, the firm's founder, continues with Batt Griffith Legal in a consulting capacity and remains a valued part of our team. The same people, the same office at 336 Glen Osmond Road, Myrtle Bank, and the same standard of service our clients have come to know and trust are all very much intact.

All client files previously held by Rosey Batt & Associates remain at our office at 336 Glen Osmond Road, Myrtle Bank, where they are held securely and in strict confidence. Original documents, including Wills and associated estate planning documents, are stored safely on site.

Michael Kildae

More than fifteen years ago, our predecessor firm, Rosey Batt & Associates, incorporated the legal practice of Michael Kildae upon his retirement. Michael was a well-known and respected solicitor who had served the Kangaroo Island community with dedication throughout his career, and it was a privilege to be entrusted with the continuation of his work and his client relationships.

From that point, Kangaroo Island became an important part of our practice. We have maintained a close working relationship with island residents ever since, visiting regularly to provide legal and conveyancing services to the community.

That commitment continues under Batt Griffith Legal. We remain dedicated to providing Kangaroo Island residents with the same personal, practical legal advice available to our Adelaide clients, across a full range of matters including property and conveyancing, wills and estate planning, business law, and more.

All files previously held in connection with Michael Kildae's practice are held securely at our office at 336 Glen Osmond Road, Myrtle Bank. If you are a former client of Michael Kildae and have any questions, we would be very happy to assist you.

TF Owen & Co

As of 1 July 2026, we incorporated the practice of TF Owen & Co Solicitors.

Established by Tom Owen more than 35 years ago, TF Owen & Co has been a presence in Adelaide's eastern suburbs, operating from its office on Fullarton Road in Rose Park. 

The incorporation of TF Owen & Co into Batt Griffith Legal means that former clients of the firm will be cared for by an experienced local team with deep roots in the same eastern suburbs community. Our office at 336 Glen Osmond Road, Myrtle Bank is just minutes away, and our team is ready to assist with any ongoing or future legal needs.

All client files previously held by TF Owen & Co Solicitors have been transferred to our office at 336 Glen Osmond Road, Myrtle Bank, where they are held securely and in strict confidence. Original documents, including Wills and associated estate planning documents, are stored safely on site.
