Rosey Batt established our firm’s predecessor in 2001 with a clear vision: to build a highly professional legal practice that genuinely values its clients, while fostering a flexible, supportive and friendly workplace for its people. From the outset, the firm developed a reputation for excellence, integrity and practical, solutions-focused advice.
Rebekah Griffith joined the firm in 2015 and, over more than a decade, has played a central role in the firm’s growth and evolution. Known for her calm, considered leadership and strong client advocacy, Rebekah leads the firm with a focus on clarity, collaboration and commercial realism, ensuring clients feel supported and well informed at every stage.
In 2026, Batt Griffith Legal was formed, honouring the strong foundations established by Rosey Batt while confidently moving the firm into its next chapter under Rebekah’s leadership. Rosey remains actively involved with the firm as a consultant, continuing to share her depth of experience and strategic insight with clients and staff alike.
